Insurance We Work With
Medicare will pay 100% of charges from Avatar for qualified patients receiving home health or hospice. These patients have no deductible to meet, no co-pays, and no cost sharing of any kind. Additionally, our certification means that Medicaid will pay up to 100% of allowable charges for clients qualifying for personal assistance services.

I called avatar to get information to begin services for a family member, I spoke with the intake coordinator and she explained everything very detailed and went over my family members insurance benefits. She was very polite and very patient. The nursing department has gone above and beyond for my family.
