I have had the pleasure of meeting Roseanna through a friend of mine that is her patient/client. Roseanna is such a kind, knowledgeable, very helpful person! I called avatar to get information to begin services for a family member, I spoke with the intake coordinator and she explained everything very detailed and went over my family members insurance benefits. She was very polite and very patient. The nursing department has gone above and beyond for my family.

I have been working here for three years in Provider Dept as CNA/Field Supervisor and I must say the patients always come first. Myself and supervisor Erica take patients as our #1 priority to the point where us ourselves will go and make sure patient is seen and is beyond satisfied. We used Avartar Home Health and Hospice almost two years ago for my husband. I want to comment today on the Chaplin Adalia Sotomayor. Adalia is so strengthening, compassionate and comforting. She visited multiply times the short time my husband was on Avartar’s Hospice program. She followed up with me via phone, cards and visits after my husband’s death for a year or so. She was a tremendous help to me in my grieving process. What a wonderful asset for Avartar Home Health and Hospice to have her on staff.
